A public hearing for Ash Grove Cement Co. will be 6 p.m. May 15 at Foreman, Ark., City Hall, conducted by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.

The ADEQ hazardous waste division received a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act facility investigation report from Ash Grove on Oct. 29, 2004, revised in April 2005 and April 28, 2006.

The ADEQ has determined no hazardous substances have been released into the environment in significant amounts and no corrective actions are required.
