Former Miller County guard pleads not guilty to jail contraband charges

A former guard turned detainee of the Miller County jail entered pleas of not guilty Tuesday morning to six felony charges for allegedly bringing contraband into the facility.

Lamain Carneil Anderson, 28, appeared with his attorney Lott Rolfe IV of Little Rock before Circuit Judge Kirk Johnson.

“Your honor, we’d like to enter pleas of not guilty and ask for a trial setting,” Lott said.
