Judge grants motion in motorcycle death case
The lawyer representing a man charged with murder in connection with a woman thrown from a motorcycle wants the evidence tested by an independent lab.
Clinton Quincy Telford, 34, appeared with his lawyer Tuesday before Miller County Circuit Judge Kirk Johnson. “We’re filing a motion for production of evidence for independent testing,” said Telford’s attorney, Shorty Barrett of Texarkana. “And we’re requesting a continuance for the trial date we have set right now for May.” Telford and Brandon Pipes, 35, have been charged with felonies in connect...
