Police arrest 3 shooting suspects, seek 2 others

The Texarkana, Ark., Police Department has made three arrests in an April 27 shooting and are seeking suspects in two other shootings.

James Neal Byrd, 18, Eddie Hall, 22, and James Bradley, 18, all of Texarkana, Ark., have been arrested for the April 27 shooting on East 22nd Street, said Officer Kristi Mitchell, a spokesman for the TAPD.

One of the victims, Jarius Daniels, was seriously injured as a result of the shooting. All three suspects were arrested and charged with first-degree battery, engaging in violent criminal activity and the unlawful discharge of a weapon...
