Tollette man pleads no contest in death of fetus and assault
A man pleaded no contest Wednesday to domestic battery and second-degree murder charges in the assault of his pregnant girlfriend and death of her unborn baby.
Reynold E. Miller III, 27, of Tollette, Ark., was sentenced to 22 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction during a hearing in the Howard County Courthouse in Nashville, Ark. He received 30 years with eight years suspended on the second-degree murder charge and 20 years on the domestic battery charge.
