Man says he copied racist memoFormer road department employee says he found paper in foreman’s office
A former Miller County employee says he copied a memo allegedly from Miller County Judge Roy John McNatt that asked for help “getting rid of blacks” in the road department.
J.O. Dixon said he made a copy of the memo he found in a basket on the desk in the road foreman’s office in Fouke. He said he found the memo March 30, 2005—the same date the memo was allegedly issued.
