A chance encounter at a local tattoo shop resulted in the arrest of a suspected burglar, police said.

Texarkana, Ark., Police Department officers have arrested an 18-year-old man and are still seeking a juvenile suspect in connection with burglaries of the Holiday Bowl.

Steven Higgins, 18, of Texarkana, Ark., was arrested and charged with two counts of commercial burglary, theft of property over $2,500 and 12 counts of breaking or entering. All of the charges are felonies, said Officer Kristi Mitchell, spokeswoman for the TAPD.
