In Texarkana’s first congressional field hearing, testimony was heard Monday from educators and businessmen about how to spark children’s early interest in math and science.

“What we’ll try to do, through our various sources, is to assimilate the information. This is one of the few incubators around the country and we want to follow what’s going on here. We want to take the best practices and make this available to school systems all around the country,” said U.S. Rep.
