Man faces capital murder charge21-year-old also accused of attempted murder, aggravated assault
A 21-year-old man accused of fatally shooting a teenager and injuring four others after a two-vehicle crash, has been charged with capital murder, attempted murder and aggravated assault.
Josh Brown, 21, was arraigned Monday in Hempstead County Circuit Court. Eighth Circuit Court Judge Duncan Culpepper denied bond for Brown. Brown is scheduled to appear in court May 22 before Eighth Circuit Court Judge Randy Wright to enter a plea. He remains in the Hempstead County jail in Hope.
