Arkansas-side man pleads guilty to burglary after arguing with girlfriend
The man who broke into the Pinecrest Retirement Lodge in Ashdown, Ark., carrying a knife and seeking reconciliation with his girlfriend pleaded guilty Tuesday to commercial burglary.
Randy Blanchett, 23, of Texarkana, Ark., pleaded guilty to commercial burglary and the two counts of terroristic threatening were dismissed during the Little River County Circuit Court proceedings. Ninth Circuit Judge Ted Capeheart sentenced Blanchett to five years probation and ordered him to pay restitution of $2,023.25 for damages to the retirement center. Blanchett will al...
