Financial reports dominated the meeting Thursday of the Housing Authority of Texarkana, Texas, Board of Commissioners.

The reports showed that HATT’s Central Cost Service Center had areceived $13,593 surplus last month with a total surplus this year of $46,784.

As for the various HATT complexes, Covington Homes and Bright Street Apartments had an $11,509 surplus last month, totaling $50,984 so far this year. Stevens Courts and Hampton Homes had $9,659 for April, with a yearly total of $51,439.
