A computer programming error has put the results of the District 1 race for a seat on the Atlanta City Council in question.

In Saturday’s general election, incumbent John Birmingham faced off against Chris Collins and Porter Hunter to retain the seat he’d held for 10 years.

Following an initial ballot count, Collins was named the victor collecting 94 votes. Birmingham had 71 and Hunter 33.
