Martial arts demonstration today

Southwest Center will host a martial arts demonstration today, featuring several Tae Kwon Do experts.

Performing will be fourth-degree black belt James Miller, sixth-degree black belt Marcus Roby and fifth-degree black belt Darin Hudgens. The athletes will give examples of high kicks, punches and board breaks.

The demonstration will be 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Southwest Center gymnasium, 3222 W. Seventh St.

Miller offers martial arts courses for children at the center on Tuesdays and Fridays from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The classes are $40, and signup is av...
