Texarkana man pleads not guilty in shooting death at park
A Texarkana man accused of killing another with a single shot in a local park entered a plea of not guilty to a murder charge Thursday.
Thomas Hunter Davis, 24, appeared in a Bowie County courtroom before 102nd District Judge John Miller for an arraignment hearing. Davis is being represented by Bryan Simmons and Mitch Collins of the Collins Law Firm. The case is being prosecuted by First Assistant District Attorney James Elliott.
