A Texarkana man who pleaded guilty to producing child pornography still faces charges of sexual misconduct levied against him by prosecutors in Miller County.

Kevin “K-Love” Gerome Leggiton, 29, told Arkansas District Judge Harry Barnes he was guilty of using a disposable camera to take sexually explicit photos of a 15-year-old girl in May 2007. Because Leggiton allegedly took the pictures in Arkansas and drove across the state line into Texas to have them developed at a local pharmacy, federal authorities were able to charge him.
