JamFest marks second day with art, music and family fun

Sunny skies and children’s smiles marked the early parts of Saturday’s Jump J!ve & JamFest.

“It has been everything we hoped it would be,” said Brian Goesl, executive director of the Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council. “So many organizations came together to make this happen for Texarkana this year.”

With a host of bands lined up on Saturday, the festival was a tried and true barrage of artsy sights, sounds, smells and things to try.
