FEMA offers assistance to localsFinancial help available for severe weather victims

FEMA is offering assistance for victims of severe storms, tornadoes and flooding from earlier this spring. The center is in the College Hill Neighborhood Center, 1002 Ferguson St. in Texarkana, Ark. The center is offering “face-to-face help” in applying for financial assistance from FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration, said Linda Downing, a FEMA public information officer.
