Texarkana, Ark., Police Cpl. John Gibbert leads the caravan seen in the distance Tuesday morning on Arkansas Highway 67 east of Texarkana. TAPD participated in the annual Law Enforcement Special Olympic Torch Run, trekking 18 miles before passing the torch on to Arkansas State Police at the Red River in Fulton.
