Texarkana, Texas, street crews will make trips through storm-affected neighborhoods today, collecting tree limbs knocked down by strong winds.

City Manager Larry Sullivan said crews spent most of the night clearing roadways and trucks will begin making the collection routes in the morning hours. Citizens are asked to pile their storm debris at the curb. Trash will not be collected.
