Swinging into Summer with Music and Arts in the Parks is Texarkana, Arkansas’, annual series of outdoor fun encouraging families to spend time together in area parks.

The eighth year of the events will begin this weekend.

“Our parks have such potential and we really want people to come out and visit those parks and see,” said Tendra Jones of the city’s community development department. “It’s a way to go out and have family fun.”
