The Farmers’ Market of Texarkana is giving away dinner for two and a one-night stay at the Little Rock Capital Hotel.

Beginning today, shoppers can enter the drawing for the June 8 event which will feature a six-course, hand-selected, handcrafted menu.

The dinner, called From the Farm to the Table, will bring together regional practitioners of sustainable farming and food preparation. It is intended to debut lesser-known bounty of Arkansas, including stone ground flour, buckwheat and meal, heirloom pork, homemade cheeses and the Arkansas Black apple.
