Texarkana, Texas, city officials are seeking some $1.5 million from the state to help extend Morris Lane and they might get some help from Ark-Tex Council of Governments.

The ATCOG Board of Directors’ Executive Committee will meet a 10 a.m. Thursday at the First National Bank Omaha Office in Omaha, Texas, to review and comment on the application before sending it on to Austin.
