NEW BOSTON—The Bowie County Commissioners Court agreed Tuesday to set up a grant aimed at helping a Texarkana-based senior adult organization.

Commissioners agreed to set up a grant of $3,934 for the Senior Citizens Service of Texarkana. The organization provides home-delivered meals to the county’s homebound elderly and disabled.
