People who would like to have their pet or pets featured in the Texarkana Animal Shelters’ 2009 Tails of Two Cities day planner have until Sunday to sign up. The day planner is a fund-raiser to help the shelter care for and adopt out the many stray dogs and cats in the Texarkana Community.

Programs will also help with many programs, including the low-cost pay and neuter program.
