Five-year search ends with arrest
A De Queen man has been arrested on a search and seizure warrant that was issued five years ago.
Donovan Brad Lovell, 31, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine in the Sevier County Circuit Court. The charge is a Class B felony with a potential sentence of 5 to 20 years in prison and a maximum fine of $15,000. Lovell was arrested May 24 and remained in the Sevier County jail until his first court appearance Thursday. He remains in jail on a $15,000 bond. Sevier County Sheriff John Partain said ...
