Charges are still pending against a man accused of last month’s fatal shooting of an 18-year-old and the injuring three others, Hempstead County Prosecutor Chris Thomason said.

Josh Brown, 21, of Hope remains in the Hempstead County jail without bond. The charges are pending until the investigation is complete, said Thomason.

Brown faces charges of capital murder, three counts of attempted murder and five counts of aggravated assault. He attended a hearing Monday in Hempstead County Circuit Court with his attorney, Jack Lasiter of Little Rock.
