NEW BOSTON, Texas—Bowie County Commissioners Court agreed Monday to buy a tractor for Precinct 2 from a Forney, Texas, business.

Commissioners agreed to buy a tractor from Dean Implement for $35,990.

In other business, the court agreed to hire First State Bank of DeKalb to refinance the purchase of a tractor for Precinct 4, at a 2.95 percent interest rate.
