A 4-year-old Atlanta, Texas, boy accidentally drowned Sunday in a home swimming pool, police said.

Caigen Lee Daniel was pronounced dead at Atlanta Memorial Hospital.

The drowning was reported to the Cass County Sheriff’s Department at 7:10 p.m. Sunday by someone at the home on County Road 3344 near Queen City, said Cass County Chief Deputy Ronnie Fincher.
