Plans for a new equine center will be released at 10 a.m. today at the Four States Fairgrounds.

Four States Fair’s Lisa Barr says officials will be going over the exact layout and location of the center, and the event is open to the public.

Barr anticipates the unveiling of the plans, which will be held in the VIP room, upstairs above the office, to last around half an hour.

Individuals interested in attending do not need to call ahead but rather should just “come on up,” Barr said.
