The Cossatot River State Park will offer activities from a “macro-invertebrate hunt” to snorkeling this weekend.

The activities include:

Saturday

9 a.m.—Cossatot wildlife—Park staff will display the fur of an otter, skunk and the skull of a fox. The meeting place will be the visitor center.

Noon—Macro-invertebrate hunt—What creepy crawly things live in the river? Park Interpreter Stephen Walker will investigate the creatures. The meeting place will be the low water bridge below the visitor center.
