A $53,000 check was recently presented to Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council by Women for the Arts in support of children’s programming for yearlong activities and Jump! Jive! & JamFest. The funds were raised through the annual Party with Picassos and Picassos High Tea. Pictured are 2008 Picassos Committee members Dr. Teretha Harper, Sue Beck, Rhonda Allen and Nancy King.
