Man pleads not guilty to aggravated assaultHester accused of destroying house of former wife with SUV
A man shot by police after allegedly using his SUV to ram a house and several cars in rural Bowie County pleaded not guilty to the charges Thursday.
Robert Ray “Bobby” Hester, 31, faces three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of criminal mischief with damage between $20,000 and $100,000. “Am I correct?
