A 22-year-old New Boston, Texas, man was killed Saturday morning when the car he was driving went off U.S. Highway 82 in Miller County and crashed into a creek, authorities said.

Timothy Demonn Dorsey, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene by Miller County Coroner Eddie Hawkins, according to an accident report from the Arkansas State Police.

The crash was discovered about 7:17 a.m. Saturday near the 13-mile marker, and police were notified. The exact time the accident occurred is not known, authorities said.
