Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant will hold a change of management ceremony at 9 a.m. July 22.

Maggie L. Ashlin will become LSAAP’s command representative. She will be the first civilian leader the plant has had since its 1942 inception.

She will replace Lt. Col. Patrick O. Harris.

U.S. Army Brig. Gen. James Rogers, commanding general of the U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command, will conduct the proceedings.
