A woman was discovered apparently stabbed to death Sunday afternoon at a Broken Bow motel and a suspect has been arrested, authorities said.

Tamie Bullock, 46, of Broken Bow, had been staying at the End of Trail Motel when a maid called police to do a welfare check of the woman’s room, said Public Information Officer Jessica Brown of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations.

Officers with the Broken Bow Police Department went to the motel about noon Sunday and discovered Bullock was dead, Brown said.
