College Hill Elementary International Studies Magnet School donated six park benches to the City of Texarkana, Ark., on Wednesday.

School officials held the event in front of the Harrelson Law Firm, where one of the benches will be placed.

“We are proud to showcase the talent of our children,” said Arkansas Rep. Steve Harrelson, D-Texarkana.

The park benches donned murals of historical events from Arkansas’ past—the 1600s to the 1900s.
