A recent traffic stop yielded stolen property and information about a series of burglaries in two states, authorities said.

The case is one of many burglaries in Sevier County and elsewhere in the region.

Sevier County Deputy Clayton Yates made the traffic stop that resulted in merchandise being located in Texarkana, Texas.
