The Bowie County Fine Collections Department is calling for help with its time management and regulation compliance in the form of an automatic dialer system.

“Counties over 50,000 (population) in Texas are required by the office of court administrations to call the delinquent accounts in advance of sending out a letter,” said Mike Farris, department administrator.

The department’s current system, called I-PLOW, tracks payments made and automatically generates delinquency letters when accounts are not kept current.
