Two brothers who allegedly raped a 12-year-old girl at a local after-prom party in 2004 are in a Baltimore jail for allegedly assaulting a peace officer there.

Aaron Delaney Johnson, 30, and his brother, Charles Alexander Johnson, 22, are scheduled to be tried together locally on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child July 21.
