The Miller County Finance Committee discussed Monday night how revenues have increased for the Miller County jail because of additional prisoners.

But with more prisoners comes increased expenses, such as feeding prisoners and repairs needed because of the damage created by prisoners.

No formal actions were taken by the finance committee.

However, the committee will report the suggested payments to the Quorum Court during the July 21 meeting.
