A Cleve Batte Construction dump truck moves out dirt Tuesday from the old Dickie Clay ponds on the outskirts of Texarkana, Ark. The area eventually will have Interstate 49 running through it. The dirt work will take six to eight months to complete. Holes must be dug 25 to 30 feet deep and then filled in with clean dirt for the foundation of the new interstate.
