Placing a licensing charge on amusement machines was pulled from the Texarkana, Ark., Board of Directors’ agenda Monday and City Manager Harold Boldt said no further action will be taken.

A $5 permit fee is already imposed on each machine but the city was considering collecting a $500 fee from businesses operating three or fewer amusement games and $1,000 from businesses operating four or more machines.
