Sunset Missionary Baptist Church will host its annual women’s conference beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday at 808 Capp St.

The event, entitled “Recovering Biblical Womanhood,” is based on 1 Timothy 2:9-10 and features Beverly Webb of Tabernacle Baptist Church as the keynote speaker.

In addition to serving in several ministries at her church, Webb is also the school counselor at Union Elementary and has worked in education for more than 20 years. She and her husband, Frederick Sr., have three children.
