A man suspected of following a woman home from a local business and raping her was arrested Monday evening at his place of business, police said.

Myka Tal-ley, 31, of Tex-arkana, Texas, was arrested by Texas-side police on a felony warrant issued by the Texarkana, Ark., Police Department, said Officer Kristi Mitchell, TAPD spokesman.

Talley’s charges include felony rape and kidnapping, Mitchell said.
