A Wake Village man was hospitalized following a single-vehicle motorcycle accident about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 4800 block of Seventh Street, police said.

The 36-year-old victim’s name was not released and his condition was unknown late Tuesday, said Officer Ed Emilia, spokesman for the Texarkana, Texas, Police Department.

The accident occurred when the man, driving a 2007 Yamaha motorcycle, was eastbound in the turning lane on West Seventh Street, Emilia said.
