A brother and sister were in court Wednesday for the first time after being charged in connection with the death of a Family Dollar Store manager.
David Camp, 63, of Stamps, Ark., and JoAnn Hicks, 74, of Texarkana, Texas, were arrested Tuesday and charged as accomplices to first-degree murder. The siblings made their first court appearance Wednesday morning before 9th Judicial District West Circuit Judge Ted Capeheart in the Howard County Courthouse in Nashville, Ark.
