Several activities are planned for Saturday in conjunction with Texarkana Seventh-day Adventist Church’s celebration of its dedication and mortgage burning.

Services will begin at 9:30 a.m., led by Elder Reggie Phillips and followed by a service at 11 a.m. with a special message by the congregation’s former pastor, Dr. David Farmer.

Lunch will be provided for those attending the 11 a.m. meeting.

At 2:30 p.m., the celebration will continue with speakers Elder Max Trevino, president of the Southwestern Union Conference, and Elder Harold White, executive past...
