In honor of the many hats women wear, the Rose Hill District Women’s Department will sponsor a Hats, Hats and All of That friendship luncheon at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Southwest Center, 3222 W. Seventh St.

The theme for this year’s event is taken from John 15:15 and the hat celebrated at the luncheon is the hat of friendship.

“This event is a day for ladies to come out, relax and have a good time,” said Angela Murphy of the district. “So many times we as women are focused on everyone but ourselves. This is one day to come and celebrate being a woman.”
