Because of a reporting error, an article in Thursday’s edition was incorrect. It stated Texarkana Independent School District’s board meeting slated for 9:30 a.m. today would be held at 1600 Waterall St. It will not be. It will be held at the administrative office at 4241 Summerhill Road.

Appointing someone to fill a vacant Texarkana Independent School District board post will be considered at the meeting.
