A Texarkana, Texas, man arrested in the alleged rape and kidnapping of a woman after following her home from grocery shopping appeared before a Miller County Circuit Court judge Thursday morning.

Circuit Judge Jim Hudson set Myka Talley’s bail at $250,000.

Talley, 31, was brought to court for his first judicial appearance following his arrest for crimes he allegedly committed July 4.

Hudson told Talley he would be ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim or her family if he managed to post bond.
